📦 Shipping & Returns
Your Order Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day after payment is received.
Orders are shipped using the following services from our UK warehouse:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days): FREE on orders over £25
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 working days): Available at checkout for a small fee
DPD Local Delivery:
1-day delivery (Mon-Fri, order cutoff by 4 PM): Available for a small fee.
Saturday delivery: Available for an additional fee. Orders placed by 4 PM on Friday will be delivered on Saturday.
All parcels include a tracking number, so you can monitor your delivery status online.
Delivery Details
Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
If you're not in, Royal Mail will either leave the parcel in a safe place or leave a redelivery card.
If you require a signature-on-delivery option, please contact us before placing your order.
Packaging
We pack all items securely using eco-conscious, recyclable materials where possible. Glass or fragile products are given additional protection to ensure safe arrival.
Returns
If you change your mind, you may return any item within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned at your own cost.
To request a return, email us at support@importedadored.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Important Notes
Orders cannot be merged after payment. Each order will ship separately.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
